Newcomer of the Year: Yorkshire Regional Food Group Front of House team of the Year: Publican magazine Stephen Ardern, our head chef s entering a national seafood competition, cooking Scarborough lemon sole and scallop Wellington and Annette our award winning pastry chef will try and keep her title of Pub Chef of the Year, with Fairground Attraction, a pudding turning fun fair foods into a gastro experience with doughnuts, toffee apples and candy floss.
